This policy explains what personal information Best Turkey Tour Packages ("we", "us") collects through this website and how we use it.

What we collect

When you fill in one of our forms we receive the details you type in, such as your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, country, travel dates, number of travelers, interests, budget range and any message you write. We also record technical details that help us understand which pages and ads bring enquiries: the page you were on, the page you first landed on, the referring website, campaign tags in the link (UTM, gclid, fbclid), your time zone, your device type, the time you sent the form, how many times you have visited, the pages you viewed during that visit and the tours you looked at.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare your itinerary and quote.
• To contact you by email, WhatsApp or phone about your trip, in the way you asked us to.
• To send occasional travel ideas and offers, only if you ticked the marketing box. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To understand which of our pages and adverts are useful.

We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

Our website and form submissions are hosted by Netlify, Inc. When you book, we share the details needed to deliver your trip (for example names for hotel bookings and transfers) with the hotels, guides and transport providers in Türkiye that provide your services. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

International transfers

We are based in Türkiye and our service providers may store data in other countries, including the United States and the European Union.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to answer you and follow up, and booking records for as long as the law requires. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and Türkiye's KVKK), you may have the right to access, correct or delete your information and to object to marketing. To make a request, send us a message through our contact form and say what you would like us to do.

Visit statistics

To learn which pages are useful and how many people come back, the site sends us anonymous statistics as you browse: the page and site you are on, actions such as starting a form, sending an enquiry or tapping WhatsApp, the website or campaign that brought you, your device type (mobile, tablet or desktop), which visit this is on your device, the day of your first visit and whether you already sent an enquiry. These statistics contain no name, contact details, form answers, IP address or identifier that could tell you apart from other visitors, and they are stored with Netlify. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, no statistics are sent.

Cookies

This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Your browser stores a few values on your own device: details of your current visit (such as the page you landed on), and, so you can pick up where you left off, your unfinished trip-plan answers, the tours you looked at, a visit count and the day of your first visit. Visit details are included with your enquiry. Unfinished answers are deleted from your device when you send your request, and you can remove everything by clearing your browser data. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
